Everything You Need to Know Before You Stay

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
If you’d like to check in early or sleep in a bit longer, we offer early check-in and late check-out options for an additional fee (subject to availability).
Is there somewhere to store my luggage?
Yes! Every guest has access to personal lockers with their capsule bed, plus coat hooks in both the private rooms and inside each pod. Before check-in, you can also use our secure luggage cabinet free of charge to store your bags safely. We don’t offer overnight luggage storage, but we recommend nearby services such as Bounce Storage or Radical Storage for longer storage needs.
Do you serve breakfast, lunch or dinner?
Absolutely, you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner at our on-site café-bar, John’s Coffee House & Tavern. As a in-house guest, you will also get 15% off our food and drink offering.
Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 11:30 AM, and it’s also available to take away. Expect a tasty selection of porridge, breakfast rolls, pastries, waffles, and healthy bowls. Lunch runs from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, featuring soups, paninis, bagels, and salads. Dinner is served between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM, with a focus on traditional pies with mash and peas, plus a range of bar bites – perfect to enjoy with a drink in the evening.
Can my friends and I stay in the same dorm?
If you’d like to guarantee that your group stays together, the best option is to book a private dormitory. If you’ve booked individual capsule beds, we’ll always do our best to place you all in the same room, but we can’t guarantee it.
