Everything You Need to Know Before You Stay
Whether you’re planning to stay at The Loft or The Court, we’ve gathered the most common questions guests ask. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please contact us using our contact form.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
If you’d like to check in early or sleep in a bit longer, we offer early check-in and late check-out options for an additional fee (subject to availability).
Is there somewhere to store my luggage?
Yes! Every guest has access to personal lockers with their capsule bed, plus coat hooks inside each pod. Before check-in, you can also use our secure luggage cabinet free of charge to store your bags safely. We don’t offer overnight luggage storage, but we recommend nearby services such as Bounce Storage or Radical Storage for longer storage needs.
Can my friends and I stay in the same dorm?
If you’d like to guarantee that your group stays together, the best option is to book a private dormitory. If you’ve booked individual capsule beds, we’ll always do our best to place you all in the same room, but we can’t guarantee it.
How do I change or cancel my booking?
If you booked directly with us, simply get in touch through the contact form on our website and include your booking reference number.
If you made your reservation through a third-party site (like Booking.com, Expedia, or Hostelworld), you’ll need to make any changes or cancellations directly through their platform.

Do you serve breakfast, lunch or dinner?
We don’t serve food at Code The Loft, but you’re welcome to use our fully equipped shared kitchen on the ground floor to prepare your own meals.
If you’d prefer to eat out, we highly recommend visiting our café-bar at our sister property, Code The Court, located just a few minutes’ walk away on Parliament Square – John’s Coffee House & Tavern.
There, you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner, featuring delicious local dishes and freshly made coffee. Plus, as a Code guest, you’ll receive 15% off all food and drinks.
